Once a payment is successfully completed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred.
2. No Cancellation of Services
As payments are tied to academic and administrative services (such as student registration, fee collection, etc.), cancellations are not applicable once the payment has been processed.
3. Duplicate Transactions
In case of an accidental duplicate payment, please contact the school office immediately with valid proof (transaction ID, date, and amount). After internal verification and approval, the school may initiate a refund or adjustment at its sole discretion.
